Our History
Patriot Healthcare, originally established as Patriot Hospice in 2012, began with a mission to deliver quality in-home care to patients across South Carolina. Recognizing the growing need for comprehensive end-of-life services, the organization expanded its offerings to include hospice and palliative care, addressing both the medical and emotional needs of patients and their families. Throughout its evolution, Patriot Healthcare has remained dedicated to enhancing the quality of life for those facing serious illnesses, ensuring compassionate and personalized care in every step of their journey.
Since 2012
Since our founding in 2012, Patriot Healthcare has been dedicated to providing compassionate hospice and palliative care throughout South Carolina. As a private, independent organization based in Easley, we have expanded our services statewide, earning recognition for our commitment to quality care. Notably, for three consecutive years, we have been honored with the Best of the Upstate Community Choice Award from the Greenville News in both Hospice Care and In-Home Care categories
